Where I’m From Poem

Posted in Uncategorized at 7:47 pm by

I am from Philly

The City of brotherly love

from cheese steaks to water ice,

I just can’t get enough

I am from my parent’s healthy vegetable garden

That they love very much

And if I broke a stem or two in front of them

Their hearts would be crushed

I am from my sister’s annoying asian music

That play just a room down from mines

And when I’m trying to work or play,

It just seems to never get out my mind

I am from good lessons and good advices

But yet I’m not as good

But when I’m done my work here

I’ll be sure to move out this neighborhood

I’m from good memories to sad memories

From good times to dra

From going to the beach

And rushing to save my grandma

I am from Philly

The city of brotherly love

from cheese steaks and water ice

i just can’t get enough.
